• It lasts 14 calendar days from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
• No reason needed, no questions asked.
• The refund is full, to the payment method you used. It is processed by Paddle, our reseller; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

2. How to ask

From the “My licenses” area of this site, or through the contact form with the subject “Purchase”, giving the email address used for the purchase. You can also contact Paddle, our reseller, directly at paddle.net.

3. Your legal rights

This guarantee covers and goes beyond the legal right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have for online purchases. It adds to your legal rights and never reduces them. If AURIS does not work as described, you also keep your legal rights regarding the conformity of digital content: write to us so that we can fix the problem.
